I attended the University of Southern California from 1972 to 1975 and received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (Marketing) from California State University at Los Angeles in 1977. I received my law degree from Loyola Law School (Los Angeles) in 1981.
I worked for Kessler and Drasin, P.C. in Century City from 1981 through 1985. The nine (9) person firm changed its name to Drasin, Sparagna, Polan, Kessler and McNulty in 1984. I was the partner in charge of handling the firm’s personal injury clients. Having been born and raised in Los Angeles, the traffic finally caught up with me.
In 1986 I moved to Mau’i and worked at the Law Office of James Krueger, P.C. as a senior associate, handling significant injury and death cases. In 1989 I opened the only workers compensation and personal injury law practice in Kihei, helping the residents and visitors to Mau’i, and lately Kaua’i.
